Job Description:

Gsource Technologies, a prominent design-assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of BIM Manager. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in US & Middle East projects.

Job Responsibility:

Strong managerial skills to effectively lead teams of at least 10-15 architects, drafters and designers
Experience in handling client calls, meetings, quality audits and training
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle various situations during client deliverables
Execute BIM projects for the US & Middle East geography
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines for effective coordination and integration
Utilize your strong technical knowledge to deliver high-quality BIM models, adhering to project specifications and industry standards
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the BIM modeling process
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology, providing recommendations for process improvement and implementation

Requirements:

Revit
AutoCAD
BIM 360
B. Arch Degree or BE Civil
Experience of 8-10 Years
Relevant Experience in US & Middle East regions of 4-7 Years
