Your future employer is a renowed main contractor to work on industrial projects. They are currently seeking a BIM Manager with strong MEP experience or background to work on this exciting project.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the firm’s BIM vision by developing implementation plans, enforcing standardized production protocols, and aligning workflows with corporate quality management systems
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of 3D models and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to ensure high-quality drawings and documentation are delivered on schedule
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve drawing issues and support tender development
  • Continuously review project models and methodologies to improve efficiency, ensure timely delivery, and maintain organized digital libraries and environments
  • Facilitate onboarding and technical training for staff members to ensure proficiency in BIM tools and internal filing standards
  • Manage the scheduling of all deliverables and ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and instructions from senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Candidates with at least 8-10 years of experience in BIM for industrial projects
  • BIM Coordinators that are seeking career progression and opportunities to take up the BIM Manager position are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to be based at constuction site
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC
