Job Responsibility

  • creating 3D objects and BIM libraries geared towards products from the building, architecture design and furniture sectors
  • creating 3D and BIM objects containing static and parametric geometries, technical and functional data, material libraries, coding, links and everything necessary for the provision of representative BIM files for products in the A.E.C. companies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or degree in a technical field (engineering, architecture, industrial design, surveying etc.)
  • Good familiarity with Autodesk Revit software for the creation of BIM objects – Family Maker
  • Excellent English skills
  • Good teamwork abilities
  • A goal oriented approach

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Dynamo and Python
  • Basic knowledge of solid modeling software (e.g., Rhinoceros, Solidworks)
  • Texturing and rendering skills

  • Produce model geometry and information in line with the Component Catalogue and outline information within the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Ensure all models that are submitted, meet the project requirements set out, and Ensure systems are in place for clash avoidance, internal model audits and clash detection before model submission
