Job Responsibility

Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design team, to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations, Coordinate Mechanical drawings with architectural, structural and Electrical design drawings
Identify the Systems that will be used and their specifications. (Mech. Systems) as per Contract (Design DWG’s-Specs-BOQ’s)
Prepare working (drawings (Shop-As built-Coordination-Proposal)/Calculations/QS and coordination drawings using Revit or CAD
Prepare inquiries and correspondence requests with project’s consultant
Apply company and project drafting standards and procedures
Demonstrate ability to apply formulas, principles, and practices to complete required models and drawings
Provide a range of drawing production work including problem analysis, layout, modelling, detailing, drafting, and coordination with other disciplines on project of substantial variety and complexity
Support site engineers on Mech. technical issues in order to ensure solving problems effectively and maintain project progress
