Job Description

3TI Progetti is looking for an Architect or Building Engineer to join the team in Rome for projects in the Building sector, with particular focus on Health, Cultural and Educational sectors. The role requires BIM expertise and offers a dynamic international work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on projects for public and private clients in the Building sector with focus on Health, Cultural and Educational sectors
  • Participate in conference calls/meetings with clients and partners
  • Work side by side with highly qualified professionals
  • Interact with key national and international stakeholders

Requirements

  • Architect or Building Engineer
  • BIM Specialist certification or proven experience in BIM
  • Knowledge of main modelling (Revit) and rendering software
  • Knowledge for drafting all specialised documents in executive design and their economic evaluation (e.g. metric calculations)
  • Ability to participate in conference calls/meetings with clients and partners
  • Effective communication skills
  • Aptitude for teamwork
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Good level of English (additional qualification)
  • Portfolio with representative projects (in addition to CV)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of main modelling (Revit) and rendering software
  • Good level of English
