Our interdisciplinary design firm is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling efforts across projects. Serving as the primary point of contact for BIM-related activities, this role involves working closely with project managers and design teams, establishing and implementing model workflows, and creating parametric content. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional Revit experience, strong knowledge of design and drawing production, and proven skills in 3D coordination with the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across projects
Establish, develop, and implement document control workflows
Create and maintain parametric content such as families, templates, and content libraries
Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to staff in Revit and related software
Actively monitor and streamline Revit models
Advocate for the broad ecosystem of AEC tools with direct support for ACC workflows
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with BIM tools, including experience in architecture or engineering
Professional degree in planning, architecture, architecture technology, or a related field
3-5 years of professional Revit experience
Strong knowledge of design and drawing production
Proven skills in 3D coordination
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Dynamo, Grasshopper
Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools in model performance tracking
Teaching or training experience with the ability to deliver engaging BIM training sessions
