BIM Coordinator – MEP

Implementing and maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project. Study of design drawings and collect necessary information required of project. Modeling of the services like mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical with proper family and systems. Coordination of the all services with other disciplines. Producing of well managed drawings, GA drawing, detail drawings with proper tagging and creating panel schedules. Applying View Templates, Creating Call outs, Setting View ranges, Duplicating Levels, Scope boxes, section, Creating Site Plans. Exporting the output as required from the client. Exporting files in NWD, NWC, CAD, DWFX, DWG, EXCEL REPORT and PDF as per the client requirements. Preparation of the MEP drawing with co-ordination using Interference Check within REVIT. Preparing the submittals and delivery to the Team lead. Responsible to work with concerned seniors to complete the model in time. Responsible to submit project reports to Senior Engineers and team lead. Coordinating the data modeling and management process. Coordinating the project teams and liaising with the design team and client to ensure success. Raising RFI & Submission
