Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing the customer journey? We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Fulfillment Manager to lead our logistics operations at our Montreal (Saint-Laurent) location. In this role, you won't just manage processes; you will inspire a large-scale team to deliver excellence, balancing operational cost-efficiency with a world-class customer experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of fulfillment, including inflow (trucks to store), outflow (delivery), order pickups, and online order preparation
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee logistics planning, transportation, and stock security while identifying opportunities for process optimization
  • Team Leadership: Lead a structured team of 4 direct reports, 12 team leaders, and multiple team supports. You will focus on coaching, delegation, and facilitating existing processes
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to security and safety standards, including CNESST procedures
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial, support, and logistics teams to implement business-wide improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7+ years of management experience
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, distribution, or retail sectors
  • French fluency is an absolute requirement
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Strong coaching abilities with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to lead in a unionized environment
  • University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience
