Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Cornelius, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee accounts receivable processes, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records. Your expertise in commercial collections and cash applications will be essential to driving efficiency and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Handle commercial collections by following up with clients to resolve outstanding balances
  • Apply cash payments accurately to customer accounts, ensuring proper documentation
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions
