A fast-growing company is hiring a Billing Specialist to take ownership of billing operations, invoicing processes, and revenue tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in full-cycle billing, financial reporting, and client account management who are looking to step into a more analytical and process-driven position. The Billing Specialist will serve as a key liaison between operations, accounting, and clients to ensure billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong financial controls. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage complex billing scenarios.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation and distribution
Review and analyze billing data, contracts, and pricing structures
Reconcile billing discrepancies, adjustments, and account balances
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
Maintain detailed billing records, reports, and audit documentation
Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and revenue tracking
Monitor and improve billing workflows, systems, and efficiencies
Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and account status
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in billing, revenue cycle, or accounting operations
Strong knowledge of billing systems, ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Experience with contract-based or complex billing environments preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
