Job Responsibility:
Support the preparation and organization of timekeeping data for system uploads
Assist in special projects involving spreadsheet creation and data analysis
Verify and reconcile staff information to ensure accuracy in reports
Generate automation reports and compile financial data for review
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently
Process invoices and ensure timely data entry into accounting systems
Perform bank account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to process invoices and reconcile accounts effectively
Experience in bank account reconciliation and financial record management
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
