As part of the Finance team, your mission will be to ensure accurate and timely billing processes while supporting our rapid growth across Europe and the UK. You will play a critical role in managing customer invoicing, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. This position is essential to maintaining our financial operations excellence as we scale.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation, distribution, and collection tracking
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all billing activities in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth billing operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain and improve billing documentation, procedures, and controls
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with billing-related reporting and reconciliations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the billing function
Assist with revenue recognition processes and ensure alignment with accounting standards
Assist on the billing tool migration
Assist on the E-Invoicing new regulation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with billing or ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain billing processes clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Languages: Advanced English and intermediate in French
