BILLING SPECIALIST / MEDICAL RECORDS: DETAILS Title: Billing Specialist / Medical Records Location: Brentwood TN Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $21/hour Type: Contract to hire Hours: 7am-3:30pm CT | Monday-Friday | 40 hours Openings: 2

Job Responsibility:

  • Running daily reports to obtain self-pay patients needing a card ran that day
  • Running all self-pay payments daily
  • Communication with clinics on patient status
  • Answering phone calls from patients, clinics, etc.
  • Calling patients when payments decline for follow up

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of medical billing experience
  • Understanding medical records and processing requests
  • Excellent customer service
