The Billing Coordinator supports large project billing by organizing and invoicing time and expense fees, preparing customer billing summaries, processing credit memos, and serving as the key link between outside sales and collections. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and effective communication across internal teams and customers.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with tech services, accounting, sales, and operations to improve billing and collections processes
Conduct accounts receivable reviews for Load Bank customers and collaborate with collections and sales on outstanding balances
Process credit memos for U.S. customers
Respond to customer billing inquiries and provide detailed billing summaries
Manage equipment transfers between Sunbelt companies, including receiving transferred equipment and generating internal invoices (U.S.–Canada)
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Experience in customer billing, accounts receivable, or general bookkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
strong Excel skills (tables, lookups) preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working from a home office with frequent interaction across branches and customers
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail
