We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth billing operations and supporting various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the renewal process for service contracts to ensure timely completion
Identify and escalate customer account issues, including concerns related to bad debt, to management
Perform weekly billing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Generate purchase orders to support departmental needs and operations
Handle the procurement of parts and materials required for business continuity
Coordinate and dispatch technicians to meet service demands and schedules
Requirements:
Proven experience in billing functions, including processing invoices and payments
Familiarity with billing collections and resolving account discrepancies
Ability to prepare and manage billing statements with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple administrative tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
Strong problem-solving skills to address account-related issues
