Job Responsibility:
Prepare, review, and issue invoices with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Maintain billing records and supporting documentation to ensure complete and organized account information
Communicate with clients and internal team members to resolve billing questions, discrepancies, and payment-related concerns
Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and assist with collection follow-up when needed
Generate billing statements and related reports to support routine accounting and client service activities
Use billing software and financial tools, including platforms such as QuickBooks or similar systems, to process transactions efficiently
Coordinate with staff to confirm time entries, charges, and matter-related billing details
Requirements:
At least 1+ years of billing experience within an accounting firm, or similar services setting
Demonstrated ability to stay organized while managing multiple billing tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
Experience with billing functions, billing statements, collections, and billing systems
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
