Job Responsibility:
Accurately prepare, review, and process invoices
Resolve billing discrepancies and address invoice-related questions
Maintain organized billing records and documentation
Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding billing inquiries
Support month-end closing processes related to billing
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience in billing, accounting, or related clerical roles
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
