Billing Clerk

• Input data from work orders and shipping documents into QuickBooks with precision
• Generate and issue customer invoices using QuickBooks software
• Review billing entries to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and related documentation
• Collaborate with team members to address billing inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure compliance with established billing procedures and company policies
• Assist in catching up on overdue billing tasks as needed as well as performing administrative tasks when needed
• Prepare and deliver billing statements to customers in a timely manner
• Utilize computerized billing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Proven experience in data entry with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of billing functions, including invoice generation and collection
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in computerized billing systems and related tools
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices
• Must be willing to consent to drug and background screening

Preferably with QuickBooks (Desktop) experience
