Job Responsibility:
Process and manage customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Handle billing collections, ensuring payments are received and recorded appropriately
Generate and distribute billing statements to clients
Utilize computerized billing systems to track and update invoices
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records
Support operational teams with administrative tasks related to billing functions
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all billing activities
Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
Previous experience in billing functions and processes
Proficiency in computerized billing systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong skills in data entry with high attention to detail
Ability to manage billing collections and generate accurate statements
Familiarity with handling customer invoices and resolving discrepancies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work fully onsite in Newark, New Jersey
