A growing organization in North County San Diego is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support high-volume billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing and financial recordkeeping. Job Responsibility:
Generate and process customer invoices, billing statements, and account documentation
Verify billing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Maintain organized billing records, documentation, and financial files
Assist with accounts receivable functions, including payment tracking and posting
Support month-end close processes and billing reconciliations
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and adjustments
Communicate with internal teams regarding billing status and updates
Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative support tasks
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliation)
Experience with billing systems, ERP platforms, or accounting software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
