Robert Half's Contract Finance & Accounting team is looking for a Billing Clerk to take on an exciting job opportunity! The Billing Clerk will be responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers and updating customer files.
Job Responsibility:
Issue invoices to customers
Issue monthly customer statements
Update customer files with issued invoices
Process credit memos
Update the customer master file with contact information
Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years accounting experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening)
