Billing Clerk

• Prepare and process invoices and billing documents with precision
• Input and manage accurate data within internal systems
• Reconcile orders and associated documentation to ensure consistency
• Support logistics and shipment coordination to streamline operations
• Perform basic accounting tasks, including calculations and data validation
• Assist with tracking and matching vendor invoices to purchase orders
• Organize and maintain billing records for easy retrieval and reference
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in billing and documentation
• Ensure timely processing of billing statements and collections
• Monitor and maintain compliance with company billing procedures

• At least 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or related administrative roles
• Familiarity with computerized billing systems and data entry processes
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in numerical tasks
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in basic math and accounting principles
• Comfort using computers and software to manage billing operations

Previous exposure to customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
