Billing Clerk

• Review and process monthly invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Verify contractual agreements and calculate appropriate pricing for billing purposes
• Maintain organized records of billing activities and documentation
• Work in a fast paced and high volume environment - about 150 invoices per week
• Collaborate with team members to address billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Generate and distribute billing statements using computerized systems
• Utilize Acumatica software to manage and track billing functions effectively
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries related to billing operations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the billing process
• Support other administrative tasks related to billing as required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or a related field
• Proficiency in computerized billing systems, including Acumatica is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to accurately process and review large volumes of invoices monthly
• Familiarity with reviewing contracts and calculating pricing for billing
• Effective communication skills to address billing concerns and collaborate with team members
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of billing collection practices and procedures

Proficiency in computerized billing systems, including Acumatica is preferred, but not required
