We are looking for a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As part of this short-term assignment, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing operations.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and process invoices accurately using PeopleSoft systems
Perform calculations and ensure billing accuracy using Excel spreadsheets
Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve billing discrepancies and issues
Generate and distribute billing statements to clients in a timely manner
Handle billing collections and follow up on overdue payments
Utilize computerized billing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all billing activities
Provide support for ad hoc billing tasks and reporting requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in billing functions and systems
