Job Description:

We are actively searching for a Billing Clerk to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. In this role, you will work within the industry, provide exceptional service. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process customer credit applications
Maintain and update customer credit records
Manage customer inquiries
Monitor customer accounts
Utilize Computerized Billing
Implement EHR SYSTEM
Balance Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Respond to Answering Inbound Calls
Utilize Epic Software and About Time

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Must be skilled in Computerized Billing
Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM
Proficiency in Epic Software
Knowledge of About Time software
Must possess a strong understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Must have a good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively
