We are looking for a Billing Assistant to join our Global Financial Services (GFS) organization at Inizio. This role supports the financial operations of the business, with a particular focus on Order to Cash related activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience within a global organization. You’ll contribute to accurate client billing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support process transitions and knowledge transfer across teams, contributing to documentation and scalable practices
Maintain and update project systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Execute operation activities such as processing revenue funding, update project actuals, and close out projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Order to Cash process and respond to queries
Support adherence to SLAs, finance policies, and internal controls including SOX compliance
Contribute to process enhancements by identifying simplification opportunities and supporting automation initiatives
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment
Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
1 years in finance, accounting, or audit, may include related internships
Attention to Detail: Comfortable working with numbers and financial data with a high level of accuracy
Skilled in Excel, finance systems, and billing tools
Interest in identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency
Build professional, responsive relationships across teams
Open to change and able to work in a dynamic environment. Quick to absorb new information and apply it effectively
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
