Billing Analyst

• Monitor daily billing operations to ensure smooth system performance and promptly address any issues or disruptions
• Generate, review, and process billing batches to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Partner with finance teams to reconcile billing data with revenue reports and support close activities
• Conduct audits of customer accounts and billing processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance
• Implement rate changes, taxes, and regulatory surcharges within the billing system as required
• Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive customer data in accordance with internal data governance and cybersecurity standards
• Maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base on billing technologies, systems, and best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related billing, finance, or operations experience
• Strong understanding of billing processes and controls to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience managing billing systems and order-to-cash (O2C) processes
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements
• Solid understanding of data management principles including validation, storage, and protection
• Customer-focused mindset with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proven ability to resolve issues, manage risk, and drive solutions

Experience with contract management and compliance processes preferred
