Billing Analyst

• Manage billing processes, including creating, reviewing, and issuing invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee accounts receivable activities to maintain accurate records and ensure timely collections
• Utilize the Aderant system to process financial transactions and generate reports
• Collaborate with the export customer service team to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and reconcile billing data to maintain compliance with company policies and financial standards
• Work closely with internal departments to streamline billing workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare detailed reports on billing metrics and provide insights for process improvements
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to billing systems and processes
• Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and securely in line with company standards

• Proven experience in billing functions and accounts receivable management
• Proficiency in using Aderant or similar billing software
• Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Experience in export customer service and handling international billing inquiries
• Familiarity with Costpoint or other financial systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
