Billing Analyst

• Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment and resolution of discrepancies
• Utilize Aderant and Costpoint systems to maintain accurate billing records and execute financial tasks
• Collaborate with the export customer service team to address billing-related inquiries and issues
• Reconcile billing data and prepare detailed reports for internal review and analysis
• Identify and implement improvements in billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Address and resolve customer billing disputes in a thorough and timely manner
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company standards in all billing activities
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate billing data and reports
• Provide ongoing support and training to team members on billing systems and procedures

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role
• Proficiency in billing systems such as Aderant and Costpoint
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable practices and procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis

Experience working with export customer service functions is preferred
