Job Description:

Detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team to play a pivotal role in ensuring billing accuracy and efficiency during a special project

Job Responsibility:

Review and analyze customer contracts to ensure billing specifications are accurately entered into the new system
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in returned invoices by identifying variances and correcting errors within the system
Monitor billing outputs for errors and inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, billing, or account analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
Ability to manage large volumes of invoices with precision and efficiency
