We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our billing team while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone and email
Manage billing cases and customer interactions in Salesforce and Zuora
Apply payments accurately and process bank deposits via desktop check deposit
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate AR records
Identify collection risks early and manage past-due accounts
Support accurate, timely invoicing
Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service and billing, collections, cash application, or accounting
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
billing software preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
