Job Description

The Bill Pay Associate will be responsible for accounts payable/receivables and vendor management for the firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare accounting entries for all cash receipts
  • Coordinate the biweekly payroll process
  • Prepare monthly AR reports
  • Coordinate vendor setup for all new vendors or changes to existing vendors
  • Prepare general ledger entries for all payments
  • Execute vendor payments and internal transfers
  • Maintain appropriate AP and vendor records
  • Support budget review process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
  • 1-3 years of relevant AP/AR experience
  • Knowledge of Sage Intacct preferred
  • Basic understanding of Excel a must
