Job Description:

The Bill Pay Associate will be responsible for accounts payable/receivables and vendor management for the firm.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare accounting entries for all cash receipts
Coordinate the biweekly payroll process
Prepare monthly AR reports
Coordinate vendor setup for all new vendors or changes to existing vendors
Prepare general ledger entries for all payments
Execute vendor payments and internal transfers
Maintain appropriate AP and vendor records
Support budget review process

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
1-3 years of relevant AP/AR experience
Knowledge of Sage Intacct preferred
Basic understanding of Excel a must
