We’re looking for a bilingual Workload Coordinator (Dispatch) to be the central hub of our operations—someone who can juggle priorities, coordinate teams, and keep everything running smoothly, no matter the pressure.
Job Responsibility:
Dispatching and prioritizing incoming calls, including emergency situations
Coordinating work orders to optimize response times and service quality
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Making quick, informed decisions in high-pressure scenarios
Managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
Supporting and guiding team members when needed
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual, fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing)
Proficient knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing)
Proven strong work ethic while under pressure with minimal direction
Capable of managing priorities and stress
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally with internal and external customers
Professional, resourceful, and initiative-driven
Good knowledge of IT software
Nice to have:
Previous dispatch experience
