Job Description:

Are you passionate about the manufacturing industry and production technologies? Do you have an interest in solving technical issues and optimizing processes? Do you have experience in Level 1 technical support? We are currently looking for a bilingual technical support representative with experience in user assistance. Job Responsibility:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging to resolve Level 1 technical issues
Identify and analyze incidents by asking relevant questions and using appropriate diagnostic tools
Provide clear instructions and recommend tailored solutions to help customers overcome technical difficulties
Accurately document each incident to ensure thorough follow-up and contribute to continuous service improvement
Deliver high-quality customer service with a courteous, professional, and proactive approach
Adhere to established procedures and deadlines to ensure efficient incident management

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong listening skills, diplomacy, and empathy
Experience in Level 1 technical support, including user assistance, remote troubleshooting, and request management
Ability to quickly analyze technical issues, identify effective solutions, and guide customers with clarity
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
