Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies
Provide mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day support to recruitment team members
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment processes
Proactively source talent using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and other tools ...
Track recruitment metrics and support continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in professional services
Previous experience mentoring or supporting recruiters
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
Solid understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements
