Job Description

Randstad, the world's leading partner for talent, is hiring a Recruitment Advisor to sell our services. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will develop and manage key accounts while building a network and a candidate pool.

Job Responsibility

  • Focus on personal sales, with an emphasis on new business development, client management and business relationship expansion
  • Build an understanding of the market/industry, including trends and market intel
  • Research customer prospects and book initial client visits
  • Conduct effective Client visits and obtain a thorough and detailed understanding of their needs and hiring processes
  • Understand, deliver, negotiate contracts and respond to RFPs and proposals
  • Maintain contact with all clients to identify other opportunities, further build the relationship, and provide customer service
  • Develop and grow a focused candidate database while maintaining top tier results
  • Build strong relationships with candidates (providing guidance and assistance regarding their career development), consistently managing and growing the candidate pool
  • Identify candidate suitability and match to appropriate job opportunities
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively while exceeding monthly targets
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within all internal sales teams
  • Work with company leadership to discuss weekly and monthly performance reviews / target-setting
  • Develop new processes and recruitment techniques for increased delivery results

Requirements

  • Successful experience in Recruitment and Customer Service or Sales
  • Demonstrated experience with teamwork
  • Demonstrated strength in cold calling to book meetings with clients
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week
  • The position requires you to visit client sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available
  • Strong communication skills in English and French
