As a member of our Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) team, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent for all levels, from individual contributors to executives. Optimize recruitment processes: Review and analyze current recruitment processes, recommending improvements and operational efficiencies. Consult and influence: Advise and guide hiring managers and candidates on talent acquisition best practices and market insights. What you need to bring: Proven expertise: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, combined with 5+ years of successful experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a complex and specialized environment with a lot of role variety. Strategic thinking: Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business objectives and talent needs. Strong relationship skills: Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and stakeholders. Influence: Persuade candidates and stakeholders through strong communication and sales skills. Data-driven approach: Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Creative sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques, including mapping, referrals, networking, and other channels with a strong preference for LinkedIn Recruiter expertise. Problem-solving: Handle escalations and navigate challenging situations with stakeholders and candidates. Consultative mindset: Advise and guide hiring managers and candidates on talent acquisition best practices. Local market expertise: Thoroughly understand the local market and its dynamics, including demographics, talent pools, and competitive landscape. Global mindset: Flexibility to work outside your time zone, as needed. Bilingual fluency: Confidently communicate in both French and English.
