What you need to bring: Proven expertise: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, combined with 5+ years of successful experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a complex and specialized environment with a lot of role variety. Strategic thinking: Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business objectives and talent needs. Strong relationship skills: Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and stakeholders. Influence: Persuade candidates and stakeholders through strong communication and sales skills. Data-driven approach: Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Creative sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques, including mapping, referrals, networking, and other channels with a strong preference for LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
