Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the mortgage and financial services industry, working in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers with inquiries about mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and loan information
  • Make outbound calls to customers to address missed or overdue payments and provide guidance on account resolution
  • Deliver accurate and customer-focused assistance, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions in the internal system
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards while providing consistent and reliable service
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to enhance skills and stay updated on industry practices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, such as in a call center, administrative support, or retail environment
  • Verbal bilingual Spanish speaking abilities
  • Capacity to handle high call volumes while maintaining a detail-oriented approach
  • Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, with occasional half day Saturday shifts once per month
  • Interest in learning about the mortgage industry and growing within the organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to document information accurately

Nice to have:

Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls is a plus
