Job Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of administrative, customer support, and professional positions
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
  • Match candidates’ skills, goals, and personalities with the right opportunities
  • Conduct phone interviews, reference checks, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain candidate records and track recruiting activity in internal systems
  • Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients in a collaborative team environment
  • Help support urgent hiring needs in a high-volume, fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, administrative, sales, or leadership experience highly transferable
  • Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills preferred
