Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Miami Beach, Florida. This role is based within a residential communit, offering a meaningful opportunity to support both daily operations and resident experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
  • Handle inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Support leasing activities, including assisting with applications, documentation, and resident communication
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and property management systems
  • Assist with billing-related tasks and basic financial tracking using internal systems
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and efficient
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, including emails and notices to residents
  • Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to effectively assist a diverse resident population
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the community

Requirements

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a residential community setting preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a resident-facing environment, particularly with elderly individuals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must
