We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Miami Beach, Florida. This role is based within a residential communit, offering a meaningful opportunity to support both daily operations and resident experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization
Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
Handle inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Support leasing activities, including assisting with applications, documentation, and resident communication
Maintain accurate records within CRM and property management systems
Assist with billing-related tasks and basic financial tracking using internal systems
Coordinate office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and efficient
Prepare and distribute internal communications, including emails and notices to residents
Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to effectively assist a diverse resident population
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the community
Requirements:
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a residential community setting preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a resident-facing environment, particularly with elderly individuals
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems
Bilingual Spanish is a must
