Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and tracking shipments, coordinating with vendors and carriers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience working within logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and warehouse teams
  • Track shipments and provide updates regarding delivery timelines and delays
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments in both English and Spanish
  • Utilize Excel and company systems to maintain shipment records and inventory data
  • Assist with routing, scheduling, and transportation coordination
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies and logistical issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, shipments, and inventory
  • Support warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist with inventory tracking and reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • SAP or ERP system experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred
  • SAP or ERP system experience preferred

  • Enter and update information accurately in our tracking software. In which you will be responsible for achieving daily metrics. Expectations will be set by the management team and reviewed regularly
  • Remain up to date and follow company wide SOP’s and standards set
  • Utilize the tracking board on a daily basis for best tracking practices
  • Communicate with internal departments to proactively relay information
  • Ensure that loads are updated in a timely manner, making sure our customers are receiving information about their load that will assure making the set appointment times
