We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Spanish Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a vital role in managing talent acquisition processes and supporting new team members. The ideal candidate will utilize their fluency in Spanish and strong organizational skills to ensure seamless communication and coordination with candidates.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and suitability for various positions
  • Facilitate interviews with prospective employees and assess their skills and experience
  • Support the onboarding process by managing paperwork for new team members and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Communicate effectively with bilingual candidates to address inquiries and provide necessary information
  • Handle daily dispatching tasks to coordinate candidate job placements
  • Organize and lead orientations for new team members to familiarize employees with company procedures
  • Maintain accurate records by filing, tracking payroll, and updating candidate information
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to streamline administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of two years of combined experience in recruiting, customer service, and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage documentation and communication
  • Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements related to recruitment and onboarding
  • Previous experience in coordinating onboarding and new permanent processes
