Our hospitality client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Human Resources department. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys working in a dynamic, people-centered environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and preparing documents
Assist with onboarding, I-9 verification, and new hire orientation coordination
Maintain accurate employee records and support data entry into HRIS systems
Coordinate internal communications and support bilingual correspondence
Help track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related documentation
Support the planning and execution of employee events and HR initiatives
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role
Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software/systems
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
