We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative in Chicago, Illinois. As a part of our team, you will be a crucial element in supporting the Producer Services contact center, managing customer interactions through both calls and emails in a high-volume environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve customers efficiently by managing incoming calls and emails
  • Ensure a superior customer experience by handling caller requests accurately and professionally
  • Establish a quick rapport with customers, identifying and exceeding their expectations
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries
  • Uphold performance and quality standards for customer service
  • Make informed decisions and solve problems while maintaining a positive phone interaction
  • Learn and understand the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and the products we offer
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend hours
  • Handle special requests and complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
