We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced payments environment. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving inquiries, guiding customers through service options, and delivering a positive experience across every interaction. The person in this role will handle account-related questions, document service needs accurately, and help customers understand available products, pricing, and convenient payment solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide timely, attentive support
Create and document service cases for customer issues
Explain available products, service features, fees, and pricing details
Use customer service platforms and internal tools efficiently
Resolve routine issues by following established procedures and escalate more complex matters
Meet performance expectations related to service quality, productivity, and call center standards
Encourage customers to use digital and self-service resources
Share information about current promotions, enhanced offerings, and prepayment options
Perform additional support tasks and related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role
Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to research account information, identify solutions, and follow standard procedures effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including clear and accurate email correspondence
Experience preparing quotes, explaining rates, or discussing service charges with customers
Comfortable working with multiple systems and navigating between tools in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Spanish language skills are required
