Job Description

We are seeking Bilingual - Spanish Customer Service Representatives to be a part of our team in the energy and natural resources industry, located in Middle River, Maryland. This role will require you to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and handling any inquiries they may have. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize various computer systems and applications to gather necessary information efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach and demonstrate empathy while addressing customer concerns
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by the company
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a positive attitude
  • Assist customers by providing product information and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process customer applications and maintain accurate customer records

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the energy/natural resources industry
  • Proficiency in operating call center systems and handling customer inquiries effectively
  • Demonstrable experience in a call center customer service setting
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly address customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage high call volumes, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive experience
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays, if required
  • Understanding of the energy/natural resources industry to provide accurate information to customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and guidelines
