We are looking for a Bilingual SPANISH Customer Service Representative to join a team in Sunrise, Florida in a Long-term Contract role. This position supports day-to-day customer and office operations by handling inquiries, completing document-related tasks, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with administrative processes, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and uses sound judgment to resolve routine issues efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Respond to inbound customer calls and provide timely, attentive assistance with questions, requests, and service-related concerns
Perform clerical and administrative work such as preparing mailings, scanning files, faxing paperwork, and entering information into company records
Review, complete, and update forms and supporting documents within designated systems while maintaining accuracy and organization
Assist with order-related activities and ensure customer information is entered correctly and processed in a timely manner
Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to clarify details, provide updates, or support service completion
Use computer applications, including spreadsheets and office tools, to track information and support daily workflow
Apply critical thinking and good judgment to address routine problems and escalate more complex issues when appropriate
Requirements
High school diploma required
additional office or administrative training is preferred
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or general office support environment is preferred
Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are required
Intermediate computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, is required
Ability to manage data entry and document processing tasks with strong attention to detail
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced support setting
Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
