Our team is partnering with a well-established non-profit organization serving the San Diego community. This is a contract-to-hire Call Center role ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from community members
  • Provide assistance, information, and resources to individuals and families in need
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish
  • Accurately document calls and case details in internal systems
  • Follow established call center procedures and compliance guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure community needs are met

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous call center, customer service, or community service experience
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to commute daily to Kearny Mesa, San Diego
