The Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations while communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. This role assists with scheduling, correspondence, document management, customer or client interactions, and general office coordination.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to departments, managers, or office leadership
Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general clerical duties
Coordinate office supplies, mail, and basic office operations
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff in both English and Spanish
Assist with meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and event coordination as needed
Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s degree preferred
Prior administrative assistant, office support, receptionist, or related experience preferred
Fluency in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
