We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in North Miami Beach, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records by performing data entry tasks with attention to detail
  • Manage email communications, responding promptly and ensuring proper follow-up
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to optimize team efficiency
